E. Garrett Gummer, III concentrates his practice in the areas of Elder Law and Wills and Estates. He received his Juris Doctor (JD) from Widener University and his Master of Laws (LLM) from Temple University. Mr. Gummer has been certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Mr. Gummer is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and its Elder Law Section, and has served as a Captain in the US Naval Reserve. Mr. Gummer has served senior citizens and their families in the Greater Philadelphia area since 1985.

Maureen L. Anderson concentrates her practice in Elder Law, Wills and Estates. She provides a compassionate approach in assisting seniors and their families with their legal needs. Ms. Anderson earned her B.A. in Politics from St. Joseph’s University, her M.S. in Criminal Justice from St. Joseph’s University, and her J.D. from The University of District of Columbia School of Law. Prior to entering the practice of Elder Law, Maureen worked in Victim Advocacy in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, negotiated contracts in health care, and managed private investigations, all which provided a foundation for her current practice of law. Maureen is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
